Annual Income Disclosure Statement


WorldVentures has designed our Compensation Plan to reward our Independent Sales Representatives for: (1) successfully
making personal sales of WorldVentures’ retail products (DreamTrips, Luxury DreamTrips, and LTC Package); and (2) suc-
cessfully building sales organizations by recruiting, training, and motivating other team members to do the same.

On an annual basis (fiscal year 2006 through the end of Q3 2009), 27.7% of all Independent Representatives (“IRs”)
earned a commission or override, while 72.3% did not. The average annual commission or override earnings of all
IRs, including those who did not earn a commission or override, was $344.28. The average annual commission or
override earnings of that group of IRs who earned a commission or override was $1,013.35, and the median was
$100.00. The data presented in the table above is based only on those IRs who earned a commission or override
within the time period of fiscal year 2006 through the end of Q3 2009.

Notes:

1. All amounts are represented in U.S. dollars.


2. These figures do not represent Representatives’ profits; they do not consider expenses incurred by Representatives in
the promotion of their business.
3. Promotion levels represented in the table are based on ranks achieved at the end of the Year.
4. An Independent Representative is one:
a. whose Independent Representative agreement was accepted by WorldVentures within the twelve month period pre-
ceding the last day of the fiscal year displayed; or
b. whose Independent Representative Agreement is in good standing and who has placed an order with WorldVentures
within the twelve month period preceding the last day of the fiscal year displayed; or
c. who has earned a commission or override with WorldVentures within the twelve month period preceding the last day
of the fiscal year displayed.
5. Once the data becomes available, WorldVentures will provide the average time in months to achieve each rank.

There are NO GUARANTEES regarding income. The success or failure of each


Independent Representative in WorldVentures, like any other business, depends
on the Independent Representative’s own skill, dedication, personal effort, and
leadership qualities.
