The Washington Post is now reporting that the Alexandria shooter likely had a political motivation: It has identified him as James T. Hodgkinson, a Bernie Sanders supporter. A Facebook page belonging to an individual by that name includes posts praising Sanders, and condemning President Donald Trump: “Trump is a Traitor. Trump Has Destroyed Our Democracy.
