WHOLE-GRAIN BAGUETTE PIZZA, 3 WAYS

SERVES 3 TO 6. HANDS-ON TIME: 5 MINUTES. TOTAL TIME: 15 MINUTES.

Even faster than delivery, these pizzas are made with just a handful of ingredients. Choose your favorite for a savory meal or make all three for a larger crowd.

1 12-inch whole-grain baguette, cut crosswise into thirds

1⁄2 cup all-natural marinara sauce

CHOOSE YOUR VARIETY:

MARGHERITA

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

12 fresh basil leaves, finely sliced

1 tomato, sliced

MEDITERRANEAN

1 cup shredded Asiago cheese

1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced

8 sun-dried tomatoes, sliced

8 Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

SAVORY ROAST CHICKEN

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup sliced roasted chicken

1⁄4 cup thinly sliced red onions

1⁄2 cup baby arugula

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut each baguette piece in half horizontally.

2. On a baking sheet, arrange baguettes and layer evenly with marinara and chosen toppings. Bake for 10 to 13 If making the Savory Roast Chicken option, place all ingredients on pizza before baking except arugula. Add arugula just as pizza is removed from oven.)
