Pilgrim’s progress
It’s been almost a year since British photographer Alys Tomlinson was named as the winner of the 2018 Sony World Photography Awards (WPA). A first-time entrant, she won for her project ‘Ex Voto’, documenting pilgrims to the famous holy site at Lourdes.
