Witnesses 'uncooperative' after brawl at convention of local politicians, authorities say

LOS ANGELES - Authorities were having some trouble investigating a brawl that erupted during a weekend meeting of local politicians at an Indian Wells resort, noting that "many individuals on scene were uncooperative."
