Feeling nurtured

I would just like to say how much I have enjoyed this year’s “Nurture Me” edition of WellBeing. There was so much great content on the mind, which I believe is so important and neglected in this busy world we live in. “The Drama Triangle” article helped me better understand some relationships. In “Free to be Me”, I loved the reference to the Brené Brown TED talk, content.
