New crowd-funded release marks veterans’ 50th anniversary.

Having been based in Germany from 1969 onwards, (1971) was a psychedelic concept record featuring a single, 40-minute track, they fairly quickly drifted into guitar conventionality. Since the death of singer/guitarist Roye Albrighton, they have soldiered on, with the present line-up including founder members Derek Moore and Ron Howden on bass and drums respectively, as well as non-playing lyricist and visual effects man Mick Brockett.
