How did you become involved in the fight for freedom?

Eleven years ago I went to see Taken at the cinema. Not knowing what the film was about, I sat in horror as Liam Neeson’s character’s daughter was abducted and sold into sex slavery. I began researching it and found that the buying and selling of humans is an even bigger industry now than it was during the Transatlantic slave trade over 200 years ago.
