THE MINUTE COLLEEN SOUTHWELL set foot on her property in Belgravia, near Orange in NSW Central West, she knew it had to be hers. “It was May and it was green, there were lovely open rolling hills and I have always really felt that a place either feels right or it doesn’t… I knew this was the place we were going to be,” says Colleen.
