□ Total time you’ll be renting the vehicle(s)□ Arrival time for the ceremony (pad on an extra 20 minutes to□ Addresses of the ceremony and reception, and when you’ll need to be picked up and dropped off□ Any other stops, including pickup and/or drop-off times for each one□ The size, color and model of the car(s) (with the licenseplate number if you’ve chosen a specific vehicle)□ The name (and phone number) of the driver(s) you want□ The number of passengers□ Gratuity for the driver(s)□ Any requests you have, like a certain brand of bubbly or a specific dress code for the driver(s)□ Repercussions clause (your liability if damage is done to the vehicle)□ Any cleaning fees that might apply□ Decorating policy (see if you can customize your car or limo with signage and other festive touches)□ A note to confirm that the company is appropriately licensed and insured with the county (this means that the drivers are approved through the government and the vehicles have been properly inspected)□ Any cancellation and overtime policy and fees that apply□ Deposit amount and date it must be paid by□ Remaining balance amount after the deposit, and due date for the final payment
