Business leaders are increasingly stretching beyond the office and into the community, looking at ways their business can make a positive difference.
Many New Zealand businesses play a valuable role in supporting the wellbeing of our children and young people – from contributions of time, expertise and in-kind donations to help a local initiative, to family-friendly workplaces, to sponsorship of large scale programmes and events.
New Zealand’s first Child and Youth Wellbeing Strategy, launched in August 2019, can provide a useful guide for businesses and organisations seeking to align their efforts to a common set of goals around child and youth wellbeing.
