Pail's Pete’s meat + two veg

As Pete hit the Babycham a little too hard at the VWt Xmas party, I grabbed the shopping bag of goodies and the bull by the balls to bring you all a Christmas-themed BBQ special, cooked beside my trusty T4.

First of all, let me point out this is far from a simple job. Having convinced myself I’d be able to do it in an hour or so, I prepped the veg’ on the Saturday evening so I could hit the ground running on Sunday, but I was only fooling myself.

The biggest issue was timing, closely followed by grill space, but I love a challenge so put on my thinking head and tried to guesstimate the timings and walk through the job in my head. Yeah, I got this…
