No-Bake Passionfruit & Gingernut Slice

PREP + COOK TIME 35 MINUTES + CHILLING MAKES 24 SERVES

 2 x 250g packets gingernut biscuits
 1 cup desiccated coconut
 150g butter, melted
 395g canned sweetened condensed milk
 passionfruit pulp, to serve (optional)

PASSIONFRUIT FROSTING

 25g butter, soft
 125g cream cheese, soft
 200g icing sugar
 pulp of 3 passionfruit, sieved to remove pips

1 Grease and line a 20cm X 30cm lamington pan so the paper overhangs on all sides.
