ANDREA EMILOVA IVANOVA, 22, from Sofia, Bulgaria said her new lips have left her feeling happier and more content with herself, adding she had always wanted to have big lips from a young age.

The student, who studies German philology at Sofia University St Kliment Ohridski, said she had visited dozens of aesthetic clinics in her city, undergoing almost every type of lip filler procedure known to man.

Andrea pays around R2 500 per treatment but says
