Studies in neuroscience indicate that as much as 95 percent of our mind’s consciousness is actually subconscious – and it’s the subconscious mind that stores our attitudes, values and beliefs. If you’ve ever made a vision board, said affirmations or practised positive thinking, Psychological Kinesiology (Psych-K) is a similar method designed to help reprogram our subconscious mind.

What is Psych-K?

Psych-K is a non-invasive, interactive process of change created 32 years ago by psychotherapist Robert Williams. It is an approach to applied psychology that uses a set of simple, self-empowering principles and processes designed to change self-limiting beliefs at the subconscious level of the mind.
