• Large eggs, 2
• Extra virgin olive oil, 2Tbsp
• Maple syrup, 2Tbsp
• Vanilla extract, ¾tsp
• Himalayan rock salt, a pinch
• Baking powder, 1tsp
• Almond flour, 120g
• Almond milk, a glug
