The name “Five Farms” denotes the special arrangement between five family-owned farms nestled in County Cork and Holladay Distillery, a bourbon and whiskey distillery based in, of all places, Weston, Missouri. It’s a simple setup: the farms of Ireland make the dairy and Holladay Distillery adds whiskey to the mix, making the signature Five Farms Irish Cream Liqueur.
