LO LAI LAI NATALIE

In Hong Kong’s late spring, I hopped onto bus 64K, the only one that connects both sides of the suburban New Territories. The vehicle was crowded with villagers returning home with their groceries, and the warm air made me drowsy as I watched the trees and cottages of Yuen Long go by.
