    How long have you been building and restoring pond yachts?

    Over 30 years–I started aged eight. My father bought me a 12in (30cm) wooden Star Pond Yacht which I sailed on Aldeburgh boat pond in Suffolk. As an adult, a career as a goldsmith took me to Thailand where I started crewing on full-sized Yachts in regattas around Asia. Back
