Festival Fellows Program
he Colorado Music Festival and the Center for Musical Arts strive to advance the experiences of musicians. This year, eight aspiring professional musicians were selected to be fellows in Boulder. Specifically, this fellowship’s hope is to give a broad spectrum of experience and education to the next generation of diverse musicians. “Our focus is to give young, talented, aspiring musicians of color the opportunity to perform and receive the highest level of education possible, with the goal of helping them launch their career and increase the representation of people of color in classical music,” says executive director Elizabeth McGuire.
