COVID-19 support voucher scheme under scrutiny

Numerous complaints have been received from small-scale farmers about the vouchers for production inputs issued by the Department of Agriculture, Land Reform and Rural Development (agriculture department), under the department’s R1,2 billion scheme to assist financially distressed small-scale farmers during the COVID-19 pandemic.
