I don't tend to like self-help books. This is not at all the same as saying I don't NEED self-help books. I just don't like them. They tend to be, in my opinion, about three times wordier than they need to be. I liked this self-help book, in large part because it delivered what it stated: small changes I can make to my attitude or actions that yield large and good results in my life. I appreciated the information, and the non-preachy way in which it was delivered.
