    LIFE CHANGING!

A treasure trove of positive psychology. Simply written, the necessary amount of repetition, and not vague or wishy-washy, but straight forward and PRACTICAL.

I can see myself in the future returning to this book again and again, reading 10 random pages each time - plenty to focus on; plenty to think about and try to work into real life.

I just wish the title was one that friends wouldn't so quickly form rubbishy preconceptions over!

There are countless one-liners worthy of wall-space.

"A person is the product of their own thoughts"

"The best is not unattainable. There is room for doing everything better. Nothing in the world is done as well as it could be."

    Great book!

One of the best self-development books' I've read. My wife reads it every year. It stretches your thinking beyond what you first think you can achieve. Great book to give to your teenagers to read.

Recommended to my partner by his prof. I've had a quick look through it thus far. The message is good, but the packaging of that message (very American-style "self-help" - think Leonard Nimoy in The Bodysnatchers) is a little hard to swallow. We shall soldier on, however...

Edited to add: Oh, wait, I already said it. The message is good, but the style and mood makes me want to gag.

I loved it! Full of inspiration and actionable advice on how to start working towards dreams you never thought possible. Great info on believing in yourself, people skills, developing creativity, improving self-confidence, and lots more. Definitely on my list of books to listen to/read over regularly.

Found many items mentioned quite worthwhile. Yet, as with everything, they are worth ZERO if one does not commit the time to test, practice and apply.

Another book claiming to cure everything if only people had a success dude screaming in their head. Have you ever wondered its kinda impossible being above average as the average does include you. All this book will do is make you feel good and entitled.

if that's your thing, march on!

It's a positive investment of your time I would recommend

Super basic. Excellent if it's your first self help motivational read, but not appropriate for more advanced studies in motivation. Also, it's written appropriately for an employee and not so much for an entrepreneur.

This book is a great book to help center yourself and prepare for better things in life, work, and family. Familiar topics, but presented in an easy to read format or audio listening. I have the book and will be going through it to highlight many of the Truths that hit home with myself personally.

The whole audio was inspiring. I like the parts that say attitude is a reflection of what’s in your brain; also how you dress to exude confidence and positive perception from people.
