      This book demonstrates the practice of the skills taught in the Silva mind control book. It takes you through meditations and the first one takes you deep into the quantum field. I usually find it difficult to switch off my mind, but had no problem here. Definitely worth a listen.

      An interesting primer. Some of the "exercises" were hard to follow. I find that I need to re-listen to it to be certain that I have an understanding of the principles and process. I wish there was a little more clarity in the directions, but otherwise, not a bad introduction.

      I don't like the book one bit. I thought I was going into something which GOD has allowed but when I heard the term clairvoyance I knew there is something wrong here!
