About this audiobook

One girl. Twin brothers. An uncommon triangle.

When college student Olivia Townsend returned home to help her father run his business, she never imagined a complication like Cash and Nash Davenport-twin brothers different in so many ways but with one thing in common: an uncontrollable desire for Olivia.

Cash is dangerous, sexy, and bad to the bone-a man whose kisses make Olivia forget she is playing with fire. Nash is successful, reliable and intensely passionate-and already taken. But all it takes is one soft stroke to make Olivia forget he belongs to someone else.

However, Olivia is in for a surprise. These boys have a secret that should make her run away as far and as fast as she can. If only it wasn't too late. A sensual game between three players has begun, and it's about to spin deliriously out of control.

Ehhhh....this book was just ok. I wasn't crazy about the main character and apparently the only word she knew was "dammit". Also the twist was a little too far fetched for me. The steamy parts were definitely steamy so that made it a little more worthwhile, but I probably won't take the time to read book two.

Other reviewers' complaints where the elements of the story that I enjoyed! This is not realistic fiction, people! This is contemporary, humorous, romance! Lighten up about Olivia with twin brothers! She wasn't with twin brothers!!!!

Funny, cute, love Olivia's talking to herself! Love that Cash turned out to be all that she wants wrapped up in one package. Not too thrilled about the epilogue tease for the next book. Since there is a book three, I assume Cash and Liv make it out of book two!

Was very pleasant to read. It had enough humor to make me laugh aloud, and enough plot to be interesting. It was a good read. Not amazing, but good. Her Wild Ones was so bad that I had to stop reading within a few chapters, totally boring and predictable, this one was so much better!

I think the strength of this story lies in the fact that even the items that should (and normally would) come off as ridiculous and annoying are somehow delivered quite convincingly, so everything appears to be believable and intriguing enough to make you want to know more. Also both the plot and the writing turned out to be better than I expected.

Whoa........That's what I said when I was done with this book.
When Nash made his moves on Olivia I was rather pissed because he's with her cousin and if he is this stand up guy that Olivia thinks he is why is he doing that? and the fact that she excused his behavior instead of throwing up a red flag was interesting. Of course I was rooting for Cash and hoping Olivia could look past the "bad boy" imagine and see you can't always judge a book by it's cover.
This secret is a doozy I certainly did NOT see it coming!
    Lots of Hot Steamy Sex.
A bit of a cliff hanger ending but luckily the second book is out "Up to Me"

    Quotes:

"You'd better close those lips before I'm tempted to kiss them and really give you something to be all hot and bothered about."

"If I ever become a thief, Nash will be the first thing I steal."

"I have no clue. I have ovaries; therefore I repel all things mechanical."

"You're not old enough to play with two toys at the same time. That's cougar territory."

"It wouldn't be such a big deal if I could use Magic Vagina powers, but those only work on people a girl has slept with ."

Okay, so... you think that's really possible? That he could get away with faking his brother's life for seven years without anyone questioning it? What if he hurt himself, or something that's visibly noticeable? And if you're going to fake something like that, for goodness sake, don't get an identifying tattoo that the fake brother has to hide! I'm so.. I'm so.. I dunno!

I've give the author this, though... the hints were only that, and she gave no indication that it was the same guy, even in 'both' of the male points of view. Good job there, because I don't know if I wouldn't have confused myself into screwing the whole thing up!

Great concept, pretty good read. And I LOVE the way the whole story started... poor girl shows her ass to 'both' brothers right off the bat!

In Band 1 der Addicted to you Trilogie lernen wir Olivia „Liv“ Townsend kennen.

Alles in allem hat mir Addicted to you Band 1 angenehme Lesestunden beschert.

HOT! I mean REALLY hot!  Down to You is nothing short of inferno. The story line is definitely wonderful and has the right amount of heat for an adult contemporary read. The emotional roller coaster gave me a good combo of angst and lust. It was also very funny, especially a certain scene where Tic-tacs was mentioned.. and I won't say much further than you can't go wrong with fresh breath. Bwahaha.

Cash... Sweet Baby Jesus, is he hot!! Everything you'd expect out of bad boy.. Cocky and Confident, Sarcastic, Humorous, and beautifully sculpted. As quoted by Olivia, He's seven shades of hell and could probably make me forget my convictions when he kissed me.

I also loved Olivia's character.. she's stubborn yet shy, but not too much of each. She says what she has to, and takes care of her business. I can relate to her. I love the relationship she has with her father too.

    Summary:
The night Olivia meets Cash, it's anything but romantic, in fact its plain embarrassing. She thought she could forget the whole thing, but the next day she wakes up to the same beautifully irritating man in her kitchen. But she was mistaken.. it was Cash's twin brother Nash.

Olivia is overly attracted to both of them.. the problem is that Nash was dating her cousin, and Cash was sure to break her heart. Things become quickly complicated, and further so, the guys have a shady past that they don't want to talk about. She has to choose, but the choice will end with pain.

This is definitely an adult book, and I would highly recommend reading this book.. like now!!! Seriously.. now. :D

Down to YouUp to MeBad Boys Novels #1 & #2by M. LeightonPublished 02/12/2013 by Penguin Group U.S.A.Contemporary RomanceWHO: Cash & Nash Davenport and Olivia Townsend, Bad Boy twins and a co-ed respectively…WHAT: fall into a sex/love triangle…WHERE: that begins at Dual, a nightclub in Atlanta, GA; touches at Salt Springs, a rural town about an hour’s drive from Atlanta; and at a couple of tertiary settings e.g. an art gallery and Olivia’s apartment.WHEN: The setting is now (cell phones and Hummers) though computers are not noted and ledgers are physical/paper copies.WHY: Olivia is attracted to bad boys but wants to avoid falling for the same old trap that has led to heartbreak in the past. While inevitably attracted to nightclub owner, Cash, she also finds herself drawn to his twin brother, Nash - a lawyer and, more provocatively, the boyfriend of her bitchy roommate and cousin.HOW: The context for the relationships that evolve in this story is the dangerous secret that the twins are keeping, a situation that puts Olivia’s life at risk.+/- Very light reading with intriguing premise (come on! Twins! Bad boy! Forbidden fruit! The Russian Mafia!) but comes across as a suburban daydream and; the emotional life of the characters is stunted even for young twenty-somethings.+/- Lots of pages to dog ear if you are looking for the sex scenes though nothing particularly novel about the sex described.- The two novels are really one story arc and could have been combined and edited down to better effect.OTHER: Penguin’s First to Read, a program that offers a lottery chance for readers to access digital galleys/advanced reading copies of their titles, offered Everything for Us (Bad Boys #3) this July. Everything for Us features the bitchy cousin that I mentioned above, in a kidnapping plot. I entered the lottery and, in anticipation of perhaps winning, I decided to read the first two books in the series. I did not win an ARC of Everything for Us whose release date is September 3, 2013. As it stands now, it is unlikely that I will read and review Everything for Us.I purchased and dnloaded digital copies of Down to You and Up to Me (by M. Leighton) from Barnes & Noble/nook. I receive no monies, goods or services in exchange for reviewing the product and/or mentioning any of the persons or companies that are or may be implied in this post.

Review courtesy of Dark Faerie Tales.Quick & Dirty: Great new adult novel filled with an intriguing plot, engaging characters, and steamy romance.Opening Sentence: My head is spinning lightly, but happily. The Review:Olivia Townsend has just met the most gorgeous guy — twice. First, there is Cash, an owner of a hip nightclub downtown. He is sexy, dangerous, and exactly what Olivia always finds herself drawn to. She has always had a soft spot for the bad boys and her heart has really suffered in the past because of it. But just looking at Cash gets her all hot and bothered. She’s not sure she is going to be able to resist his charm, even if it means more hurt for her. It turns out that Cash has an identical twin that couldn’t be more opposite.Nash is the perfect guy. He is successful, sweet, loyal, and honest. He is everything Olivia has always wanted in a guy, but unfortunately he is unavailable because he is dating Olivia’s snotty cousin. But they have undeniable attraction and Olivia finds herself wanting him more then she should. She’s not the type of girl to go for someone that’s taken, but Nash makes her forget anything but him when he’s around.Cash and Nash couldn’t be more different but they have one major thing in common, they both want Olivia. As things start to escalade Olivia finds herself falling in love with both brothers, but they have a secret. One that will change everything Olivia has come to know and trust about both boys. With her heart on the line, who is Olivia going to ultimately choose: the bad boy or the golden boy?The book is told from Olivia, Cash, and Nash’s POV. First you meet the spunky cute Olivia. She is currently enrolled in college as an accounting major. She feels like she needs to go back home and help her dad out after college. Her mother left and he raised Olivia by himself. She feels like she owes him and he needs the help, but her father wants her to live her own dreams and not worry about him. Obviously, she is a really sweet girl with a big heart. She has always taken pity on other people and she has had a lot of heartache because of that. I found that I could really sympathize with her situation. She was a very likable character that was easy to connect with.Next you meet Cash, the perfect bad boy. He is sexy, mysterious, and has that air about him — that sex appeal!!! He owns a club and offers Olivia a job as a bartender. He is a total flirt and teases Olivia relentlessly just to get a reaction out of her. But he is also very sweet and thoughtful when he wants to be. With his brooding personality and bad boy persona he pretty much had me at hello. I found him intriguing and loved trying to figure him out. Then there is the wonderful Nash. He is sweet, handsome, smart, and successful. He works as an intern at a law firm. He runs in a whole different crowd than Olivia does and she can’t help but be intimated by that. She wasn’t raised with money and she has never really been comfortable around rich people, but Nash treats her as an equal. He respects her and is always trying to help her in any way he can. Nash is the perfect guy, and I found that he was easy to like. This was a really enjoyable and hot read for me. The romance was steamy and the sexual tension basically dripped from the pages. The characters were developed well and easy to connect with. While I did figure out most of the plot pretty early on, I still felt it was very entertaining. Leighton has remarkable writing that is engaging and easy to get lost in. The one thing I wasn’t expecting was the ending. It totally leaves you hanging and wanting to next book right away. Suffice to say, this was an amazing start to what I’m sure is to be a great series. I would highly recommend it to anyone that is looking for a hot read full of drama, intrigue, and sexy romance.Notable Scene:I can’t help but stare, openmouthed, at the owner. I fight the urge to look for a table to crawl under. I’ve never been more mortified in all my life.I hear the girls clucking over Jason, but it barely penetrates my mind, my focus. Every other piece of gray matter is concentrated squarely on the guy standing in front of me.And then I get angry.“Why did you let me do that? Why didn’t you say something or introduce yourself?”He smiles. Smiles, dammit! It registers for a second that it’s a stunning smile, but then my humiliation returns and over?shadows it completely.“Why would I do that, when letting you undress me was so much more fun?”FTC Advisory: Berkley/Penguin provided me with a copy of Down to You. No goody bags, sponsorships, “material connections,” or bribes were exchanged for my review.

Well HOT DAMN ... Now I know what all the hype is about this book . It was full of total Hotness !!!!!!!

“I pull away to speak, but he puts his finger over my lips. "Shhh, just let me love you, okay? Don't think. Just feel.”

The scorching tale of one girl, two brothers and a love triangle…that’s not. Olivia Townsend is nothing special. She’s just a girl working her way through college so she can return home to help her father run his business. She’s determined not to be the second woman in his life to abandon him, even if it means putting her own life on hold. To Olivia, it’s clear what she must do. Plain and simple. Black and white. But clear becomes complicated when she meets Cash and Nash Davenport. They’re brothers. Twins.

Cash is everything she’s always wanted in a guy. He’s a dangerous, sexy bad boy who wants her in his bed at any cost. He turns her insides to mush and, with just one kiss, makes her forget why he’s no good for her. Nash is everything she’s ever needed in a guy. He’s successful, responsible and intensely passionate. But he’s taken. Very taken, by none other than Marissa, Liv’s rich, beautiful cousin. That doesn’t stop Olivia from melting every time he looks at her, though. With just one touch, he makes her forget why they can never be together.

Black and white turns to shades of gray when Olivia discovers the boys are hiding something, something that should make her run as far and as fast as she can. But it’s too late to run. Olivia’s already involved. And in love. With both of them. Both brothers make her heart tremble. Both brothers set her body on fire. She wants them both. And they want her. How will she ever choose between them?

I absolutely LOVED Cash .... hot, Steamy Male all the way he makes your blood boil with sexy, kind of bad boy. He also has something more compassionate, understanding, and intelligent. He was so sexy, seductive, smart, and charming. I loved Cash, hardcore.

“Are you paying me a compliment? I just want to be sure, so I don't miss it."
"You make it sound like I'm mean and horrible because I don't throw myself at your feet."
"You don't have to throw yourself at my feet. Although if you want, I'm sure I can think of something for you to do while you're down there.”

Olivia. I adored her, I really did. The poor girl just can't keep it together in front of the Davenport twins. She had such a great sense of humor and a fantastic way of looking at life .

Definitely will keep you turning the pages to see what comes next ..

I must admit that I didn't particularly like this. I could see the 'discovery' coming and I really don't like things not being wound up neatly and not being warned beforehand this would be the case. I have no problems with an open ending as long as I'm aware the book is within a series rather than a quick 'filler while waiting for delivery' which is what I was looking for.

Down to You is fantastic, such a page turner that I couldn’t stop reading and finished this in one day. I just had to find out what was going on with the twin brother’s and Liv. M Leighton has a wonderful style of writing that is easy to read and the story was so very intriguing that I couldn’t help but become addicted.Liv is a typical college student, working as much as she can to pay the rent and live her life. Working as a bartender in a club two hours away, she struggles to make enough money to cover all the essentials; especially when her car starts playing up. We start at a Hen’s party in a club and in walks the most handsome man Liv has ever seen. She assumes he is the entertainment for the evening and trying to help out her friend, initiates the undressing of the entertainment. Cash is only too happy to oblige and let Liv start when the door opens and in walks the real entertainment. Liv is horrified that he would allow her to do that and humiliated. Cash is the owner of the club is amused at how Liv is so timid and shy, but her courage came to the surface for loyalty towards her friend.Liv is living with her cousin because at her last apartment her roommate left and Liv couldn’t afford the rent by herself. Her cousin has a boyfriend, but Liv hasn’t met him before and on the morning after the hen’s party, Liv goes for coffee only to find Cash in the kitchen with her cousin. BUT it’s not Cash, its Nash his twin brother. Liv is dumbfounded; there are 2 of these handsome men!The twin’s and Liv all seem to be smitten with each other. Nash has tee’d up a job interview with Cash at his club so Liv doesn’t have to travel so far for work. The tension between them all is thick you could cut it with a knife. One night Liv is visited by one of the Twin’s and there are no words spoken, Liv has no idea which one it could be. Embarrassed to ask the question, she goes on wondering which twin mysteriously visited her bed that night. Can Liv work out which man visited her without having to ask? Would Nash really betray her cousin? Can Liv overcome her attraction to the bad boy Cash and wait for the good guy Nash?I am so glad that I don’t have to wait long for book 2, Up To Me which comes out early January. I loved the mystery revolving around the twin’s family and the big twists that keep you guessing. This certainly is a love triangle with a difference and is a must read for all adult romance readers.

I read this book in less than a day and that includes the fact that I worked for 9 hours that day also. It was a very quick read and I admit that romance isn't my favorite genre. I tend to prefer Fantasy, Urban Fantasy, and paranormal books. I like books that have a nice romance as a side plot to a strong action plot. However, I dug into this one in a shocking way. At first I was concerned about it. The first few pages did not exactly make me want to continue reading. Then some humorous sequences came into play and I read on because of those. Somewhere along the line I became invested in this character and the decision she had to make in regards to a very unusual love triangle. I read a lot and I figured out the plot twist toward the beginning of the story, I was just puzzled until the end when I received all the details. Now what I didn't enjoy: The story could have benefited from some more editing. I also hated how wishy-washy the heroine was about deciding between the two men in her life. Still that was somewhat explained as the story progressed. The book did end on a cliffhanger but that is too be expected in fiction. Cliffhangers are a big trend right now. I don't think this is something that will leave you thinking about it for days but it was an enjoyable way to spend a few hours. I look forward to reading the sequel.

Oh my, where to start......I guess the best place to start and to end is with Cash Davenport. Yes ladies, he is to die for and I am totally in love with him. This book starts out hot and crescendos into hottness of earth-shaking proportions by the time the book ends. Olivia Townsend is in college, studying accounting, with the plan of helping her dad with his business when she is done. She's never really considered anything else. She only knows she doesn't want to leave him or disappoint him the way her mother did. After her roommate leaves and due to financial reasons, she moves in with her cousin Marissa. Marrissa is spoiled and bratty, her family is very wealthy, and has a law firm, which Marissa is a part of. She's everything that Olivia is not, nor does she want to be. However, there is one thing Marissa has that Olivia is very envious of, and that is Nash Davenport. Yes, Nash Davenport is Cash Davenport's twin brother. Nash is everything that Cash isn't. He's on his way to become a successful lawyer and of course he is good looking (I mean he is Cash's twin). In fact, he is everything that Olivia "should" want in a guy, and boy does she wants him.Cash Davenport is your ultimate hot bad boy. He owns a club, is mysterious, is a ladies man,and has a dark side........everything Olivia doesn't need, but yet everything that her heart desires. Thanks to Nash, Olivia gets a job as a bartender at Cash's club. The same club where she first met him, and oh the details of that meeting are mouthwatering. Olivia has a history with bad boys, and not a very good one, so she tries really hard to stay away from Cash.......EPIC fail. Cash wants Olivia as much as Olivia wants Cash, and when Cash wants something, he is bound and determined to get it. The more time Olivia spends with Cash, the more attracted to him she is, and she hopes beyond hope that maybe he isn't as bad for her as she thinks There is one problem. She really likes Nash to, and Nash really likes Olivia. Needless to say, Olivia has some things she needs to figure out. Just when it seems things can't get any more complicated, Leighton ups the ante and throws a twist in the story that will leave your reeling, and believe me that is exactly what happens to Olivia. DOWN TO YOU is one of the sexiest books that I've read in the past year and I absolutely loved it. I liked Olivia's character, though I would never have fought the attraction to Cash as much as she did. I am a bad boy groupie, so I fell hard for Cash. OMG, he is the epitome of sexiness, and hotness personified. I read the book in one night, one late night, because I just couldn't put it down. I loved the story line. It gets intense as you go along, and the romance is off the charts sizzling hot. DOWN TO YOU is one contemporary romance you don't want to miss out on. It get's even better in the second book of the series, UP TO ME. If you haven't read DOWN TO YOU, hurry and get it ASAP, then you are in for a treat because UP TO ME is now available. Trust me, you haven't lived until you experience Cash Davenport.

I have to admit I bought this book because of the cover, come on you cant blame me, I knew it had to be hott. I wasnt disapointed. When I began reading it I was smiling at the twin thing, being married to a twin I could relate to some of the confussion. I loved the characters Cash is hott and tempting and worth getting your heart broken. Nash is hott and sweet responsible and very intriguing. Olivia is one lucky girl. I couldnt put this one down and I didnt want to. I just love looking at the cover, I could stare at it all day and I'd do it with a smile. Oh how I loved this book and it was never boring the interaction between the characters had me smiling one minute and drulling the next. So worth the time to read and reread and then read again. This is the first book Ive read from this author and it wont be the last. I cant wait for the next book....

It’s difficult for any author to write a love triangle because each reader is different and we get divided up into teams. Afterwards we have our own idea regarding who the heroine should have picked (especially if she picks the wrong one). I admit I was a bit worried about how this would turn out. The reason? From the premise, Olivia Townsend, is attracted to brothers. Normally this isn’t a problem as we’ve seen it played out before because one brother turns out to be the villain and makes it easy for her to figure out which one she wants, but the problem here lies with twin brothers. Twin identical brothers: Cash & Nash Davenport. If you’re saying to yourself, “Cash & Nash?” no worries-Olivia thought the same thing. On the one hand we have Cash. He’s oozes sexuality and Olivia is attracted to him on sight, however; he’s not what Olivia wants. She immediately puts him in the bad boy category and she’s done with that type. Then we have Nash and he’s everything Olivia wants in man. He’s intelligent, hard working, financially stable and not to mention responsible. It should be a pretty easy choice right? Wrong! While Nash has it all he’s also in a relationship. Since we know Nash is taken then her choice should be Cash right? Leighton doesn’t let us off that easy and throws us a curve ball weren’t expecting. Leighton writes an intriguing tale that will have you grinning ear to ear and maybe tossing and turning as you attempt to sleep. Olivia first meets Cash at a bachelorette party for her good friend Ginger. A little misunderstanding ensues and let me just say Olivia gets up close and personal with Cash. When the misunderstanding is cleared up she’s immediately embarrassed, but moves on. The next day she meets Nash and finds out he’s dating her cousin Marissa. Upon seeing Nash in Marissa’s kitchen (Olivia is roommates with her) she’s immediately outraged. How can this man be here in her kitchen pretending he doesn’t know who she is and what about Marissa? Her confusion is immediately cleared up when Nash explains he has a twin brother named Cash.Needless to say Olivia spends time with both brothers and her attraction to both of them grows. While she tries to figure out why she turns to jelly around them, both brothers are hiding a secret. One evening, Olivia accompanies Nash to a work function in Marissa’s stead. He tells her about his family, but Nash doesn’t go into details and she doesn’t press him for information. Later Cash explains the predicament his family is in. Olivia doesn’t know what to do with this information and is angry at Cash for telling her something that could potentially hurt her and her family. Despite knowing this information, she still can’t quite decide which brother she wants and when her friend Ginger suggests she test drive both of them to pick the one she wants, Olivia scoffs at the idea. It’s Cash who wants her and will do anything to have her. The question is will Nash take a back seat and let Cash have what he wants too?Leighton utilizes first person point of view (POV) and unlike some authors who only write using one POV, she gives us not only Olivia’s, but Cash and Nash’s as well. Sometimes this can backfire on an author because it disrupts the flow of the story, however; in this case no disruption whatsoever. She also identifies which POV you are reading so you aren’t confused. Again this does not disrupt the flow of the story. Leighton’s curve ball towards the end might surprise some readers. I admit I wasn’t surprised because I had an inkling of how it would end, but I still gasped when I found out the big twist. She leaves us with a cliffhanger that made me throw a book across the room because I hate having to wait. Readers will be left wanting more and I really can’t wait to see how this concludes.

Olivia is bound and determined to not let the “Hot Stripper Guy” see how embarrassed she is when she’s baited into stopping him at her BFF’s bachelorette party. He’s shooting her super sexy smiles and thinking very UNprofessional thoughts when… in walks the REAL stripper for the evening! Turns out, miss Olivia had been dis-robing the OWNER of the club, Cash Davenport. The DEFINITION of “TO DIE FOR SEXY”.Much to her disappointment embarrassment, Cash leaves and she doesn’t see him for the rest of the night… But she sure does wake up with him on her mind! As she trudges to her newly acquired high class kitchen (thanks to her triple-S cousin – spoiled, snobby and snide) – WHO is sitting at the counter?!?!?!?!RIGHT?!Only it’s NOT Cash… It’s his IDENTICAL, much more respectable, responsible and JUST as über sexy TWIN brother, Nash!I should mention now that Down to You is told in alternating POV’s of Olivia, Cash AND Nash… Which makes for some REALLY interesting “inner dialog” among the three! Shhhhyea, I LOVED it!While her friends are encouraging her to go after Nash with all she’s got, Olivia is just NOT that kind of chick, even if her cousin Marissa doesn’t deserve him…“If I ever become a thief, Nash will be the first thing I steal.”While she’s undeniably attracted to Nash, and all his awesome “totally responsible and respectable” nature… She can’t fight the amazing chemistry that her and Cash share. And Nash is taken anyway… Right?“I fantasize about riding in the driver’s seat of Nash’s car. With Nash still in it.”She knows that Cash will end up breaking her heart, because she’s been down the “devil may care/badboy” street before. She’s not looking to head down that road again… If only Cash would quit being so intuitive and CARING! Olivia’s at a crossroad of sizzling hot passion with Cash or the forbidden goodness of Nash.“I’m getting into a bad place with Cash. And the worst part of it is, I don’t think I want to stop.”Who will she choose???OMG! You will NEVER guess at how Down to You plays out in the long run! Besides being hot and sexy, M. Leighton throws in a curve ball that I didn’t see coming until about 4 pages (and 85% through) before a SUPER HUGE secret is actually revealed! She’s epically awesome like that. The thing about M. Leighton’s novels is that EACH one is my favorite… Until I read her NEXT one. Then THAT one is my favorite! M. Leighton is a bright and shiny diamond among the hordes of indie authors out there.Down to You is steamy, sexy and super HOT! M. Leighton completely and absolutely knocked her first adult book OUT OF THE PARK! I cannot WAIT to see where this story goes!!!Then here are some quotes I HAD to include:“A whore and a head case.”“It was in the freezer. Apparently when I took out the vodka, I set the remote control down.” -Ginger< -- this is SO something I would do!

I simply loved it! I don't give a lot of books 5 stars, I am generally a 4 star kind of girl when it comes to the books I love. It takes a lot to get a 5 star out of me. With this one I am hovering around a 4.5 (Only because I felt it was a little short).

Olivia is a senior in college, majoring in Accounting. She plans to finish school and then help her father run his sheep farm. It's what she has always planned to do.

For now she is living with her rich, snotty cousin Marissa in the city and works at a bar in her hometown. She has vowed to never again get sucked into a relationship with a "Bad Boy" even though she always seems to find herself attracted to them. Unfortunately she finds herself again attracted to everything she has told herself she needs to avoid when she meets the sexy, bar owning Cash.

Right after she meets her cousin's boyfriend Nash. He just happens to be everything she thinks she should be looking for. He's hot, charming, successful and intelligent. He also happens to be Cash's twin brother. To her dismay she finds herself inadvertently drawn to Nash as well. Of course he is off limits, he is Marissa's boyfriend after all.

Soon Olivia finds Nash is as attracted to her as she is to him, the only problem is she still wants Cash. Now she has to decide. Does she give into her desires and go for the "Bad Boy" again or does she bite the bullet and become that girl that steals a man from her own cousin?

Just when she thinks she has figured out the answer to that question she is thrown for a loop. Cash and Nash have been hiding a secret from her. Can she get past the lies and start something with the man she has fallen for?

I won't pretend I didn't see the supposed "twist", I had an idea of how it would turn out (to some extent, not the whole story obviously) but that's okay. It didn't detract from the story for me because I spent the entire time waiting for it and how it would happen, how she would "choose" between the Bad-Boy and the Good-Guy.

This book was an easy read (definitely can be done in one sitting). It's funny (I loved the banter and one liners) and sexy (two extremely hot men with a knack for seduction) with a hint of mystery. It ends with a cliffhanger to get us to anticipate a sequel. I will definitely be looking out for book 2.

Some of my favorite scenes and quotes:

    "You know me well, Bond."
He chuckles again. "Bond? As in James Bond? Where did that come from?"
I turn my head to look at him again. Immediately it get's all fuzzy with hormones.
"Um, I was, Uh, I was thinking about being shaken and stirred." He looks over at me and quirks one brow. "I mean I was thinking how well you could probably shake and stir something"
    Ohmigod, somebody stop me!
"I mean, how well you could probably shake and stir a drink. Not me" I snort.
    Ohmigod, I just snorted!

Note to self: Do not expect coherent thought to be possible when staring at Nash. Motor skills may be impaired as well.  Take necessary precautions.
I almost snicker when I picture myself putting on a helmet, knee pads and a mouth guard every time Nash enters the room.
Then I think of what I could do in the knee pads…
    Gahhhhh!

This guy is so dorky looking all he really lacks are black-rimmed glasses with tape over the bridge piece and a pocket protector for his tux.  And the girl?  I’m pretty sure he got her from a movie set where the music sounds like bow chicka bow wow.  That or she’s inflatable.

This was nice steamy short read. The only reason I didn't rate it higher was because SOME of the situation came off a little too far fetched. I am hoping for a sequel tho, I really have more questions than answers.

It took me a little while to get into this book. I don’t know if it was just my busy mood that kept me away from really getting into it or if it was just something about the beginning that threw me off. However, I would say about 10% into my Kindle copy, its vortex sucked me in. Although I didn’t really didn’t connect with the character Olivia, I really fell in love with the characters Cash and Nash. Of course, there are sparks between the three of them and I felt so anxious during this book because Olivia starts a history with both men (who are twin brothers) and I just knew that the poo was going to hit the fan once one of them found out how the other feels. I was propelled to zip through these pages because I needed to know who Olivia picked but soon I found out that there was a hidden secret in the book; which pushed me even more to finish the book. The ending surprised me because I thought that maybe this was a single book but!!!!! it’s not! Well, I hope it is not.~BookWhisperer Reviewer MC~
