About this audiobook

Picking up where Beautiful Bastard left off, Chloe Mills and Bennett Ryan continue their steamy, combative relationship in this new novella.

Just when Chloe’s career starts to take off, Bennett wishes it would all slow down long enough to spend a wild night alone with his intern-cum-girlfriend. Preferably one in which he can show her he’s still the boss.

After her continued refusals to take time off with him, Bennett can finally no longer take no for an answer. And so the couple find themselves with two plane tickets, one French villa, and a surprising conversation that, predictably, leaves them wrestling under the covers.

Picking up where Beautiful Bastard left off, Chloe Mills and Bennett Ryan continue their fiery love-hate relationship...and take it to the next level.

Bennett and Chloe both came across different in this short story. I didn't see much of either of their previous personality traits that were in Beautiful Bastard. I still enjoyed the story, it hit the mark with steam and spice but I missed the original traits I fell in love with.

The series is woven together beautifully. Definitely not a standalone novel ..must read all the books on beautiful series. Enjoyed each one, including this one!

Loved the book love beautiful bastard but I think the narrator for him should have been a more manly voice he's portrayed as more mainly and the guy reading this sounds like a girl

It was OK. I didn’t care for the male narrator. I appreciate a brief follow up to their story as it didn’t feel like a nice conclusion.

Ok. So this is how it went:

"Yes... I want to be married, too."

Before you go... Review this book. Share you've finished.

Need I say more about why I hated this ending?

I liked this book. But ending right after the hot and steamy with those seven last words and epic meaningful three little dots... so not cool, man.

This book built up and then crash landed with zero warning. Not an oxygen mask in sight. So, while I enjoyed it while it lasted...

.... Feel free to comment below.

I loved this! I even prefer this one over the latter. Here we got to see more clearly how Chloe and Bennett are faring in their relationship after a year together and it was great to see that not everything is flowers for them. And now I can't wait for Sara's story.

Chloe and Bennett are my favorite couple in this series, but Chloe annoyed me in this one with her having to stay an extra day for work and then not getting there til Monday, only to have something with the airlines to come up and she misses like an entire week of their 3 weeks vacation. People like this drive me batsh!t. My boyfriend is always in his own world, and we're late for everything because he never takes into account that there could be an accident or a traffic jam or road work or anything, so we're late for everything because it always has to be on his time and his way. If my boyfriend wanted to take me to a French Villa for 3 weeks, NOTHING would keep me from going, including my job! Sh!t happens people, so let go and live a little. Maybe I don't get it cuz I don't love my job, but even if I did, I can't imagine being happy killing myself for a job to make money, and honestly, being happy is really all that matters. Money doesn't mean anything.

This novella is a continuation of the drama that is the Chloe Mills/Bennett Ryan relationship that started in Beautiful Bastard. It is better than that book, but it still felt like it lacked something, aside from content. Seriously, if you're going to release a novella, put a little more into it. So what exactly was missing? Mostly, I think the writers left out much of the wit that made the first book somewhat entertaining. I remember feeling like they could have had a better book because they had quite a bit of comedic talent. In this book, I didn't feel that way. The story was more developed than the last one, but without the spark, I felt like I was being deprived of something very vital within the story. I hope that the other novellas in the series are better than this one.

love the Beautiful Series- Lots of Drama and Lots of Hot Sex!
This book takes us back to what happened once "Beautiful Bastard" ending and before "Beautiful Stranger" started. You never know if the story will get old after they finally fall in love but it certainly didn't with Bennett & Chloe it was still a hot mess. You could feel the intensity pouring off the pages.
    Fabulous ending.

Review courtesy of Dark Faerie Tales.Quick & Dirty: Another look at a beautiful couple filled with romance and angst, perfect for a weekend read.Opening Sentence: My mother always told me to find a woman who would be equal in every way.The Review:It has been difficult for me to begin writing this review. The Beautiful Bastard series by Christina Lauren has become one of my favorites. Where the original story had a different meaning to me, Christina Lauren has turned it into something special, unique, and something to stand on its own.Beautiful Bitch is the novella that accompanies the story of Beautiful Bastard. This story between Chloe and Bennett take place where Beautiful Bastard left off. Chloe is a driven woman, and her career reflects that. But what Bennett wants in his life isn’t always what Chloe desires. They are alike in so many ways and it is both a hindrance and blessing for their relationship. But while their careers take precedence over their lives, Chloe and Bennett find themselves in a French Villa with beautiful scenery inside and out.One of the downfalls of Beautiful Bitch is that it wasn’t long enough to satisfy my literary appetite. Christina Lauren knows how to write for themselves, and definitely for their fellow readers. This novella was a good addition into this world and couple. I felt that it was a good companion piece, filled with a substantial amount of plot and dialogue. The dialogue. Let me talk about this for a moment. If you know the authors, or follow them in any social media outlet, you’ll understand why I loved the dialogue. The banter is witty and snarky. The exchanges are smart and precise. The pillow talk is yummy and worth every word read. To me, the dialogue is one of the best things about this series. It’s real, genuine, and I just can’t get enough of it.The important (to me) scenes were deliciously written and highly enjoyable to read. Both Chloe and Bennett were developed in ways that made the overall mood of the story light. There wasn’t a lot of angst, but mostly sweet nothings whispered in my ear.Beautiful Bitch was highly enjoyable and perfect as a novella piece. I highly urge you to read this. Now (please).Notable Scene:“Well, try and enjoy it. Sit in the sun, swim, read something trashy. Walk around barefoot.”“Walk around barefoot? That’s an unusual request, even for you.”“Humor me.”“Yes, ma’am.”I grinned. “Damn, I think I like this side of you. Pretty sexy when you take orders, Ryan.”He laughed softly into the phone. “Oh, and Chloe?”“Hmm?”“I hope you didn’t pack any panties. You won’t be needing them.”FTC Advisory: I purchased this copy of Beautiful Bitch. No goody bags, sponsorships, “material connections,” or bribes were exchanged for my review.

You can find this review at My Favorite Things (heffroberts.blogspot.com)Beautiful Bitch by Christina Lauren is a cute novella that fills us in on exactly what happened between Bennett and Chloe from where we left them in Beautiful Bastard to where we see them again in Beautiful Stranger. This novella is short but quirky. Bennett and Chloe are still a super steamy hot couple but have found themselves caught up in the normal events of life. Working too much, seeing each other too little. Bennett makes an executive decision to take Chloe to France for a vacation before their NY move, but can she manage to schedule herself off work?!?Audible Audiobook "Review: Beautiful Bastard #1.5: Beautiful Bitch"What did you like best about Beautiful Bitch? What did you like least?I liked the glimpse into Bennett and Chloe's lives.I did not like the jumping around that occured when they were reliving their memories of past events. How would you have changed the story to make it more enjoyable?I wouldn't have changed anything. The issues I had with the story were minor. As a whole, it was another great book from this powerhouse duo. What does Grace Grant and Kirby Heybourne bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?Grace Grant is freaking awesome. I have enjoyed EVERYTHING she has narrated so far. This was the first time I have had the opportunity to listen to Kirby Heybourne and he did a great job too. Well read audiobooks help build the imaginary world just a little brighter and bigger than just reading alone.Did Beautiful Bitch inspire you to do anything?Beautiful Bitch inspired me to keep reading this series and to buy Beautiful bombshell
