I came into the book already drinking the Remote Kool-aid and was looking for tips and techniques to apply to my new venture with a 100% remote team. This book is a brilliant detailed respond, the authors explain why working remotely is more productive than coming to the office everyday!
They explains how the remote work should be done to avoid the distance. different time-zones problems.
Even if you are not planning to work remotely, I strongly recommend reading the book, it has some practical ways and tools to make your work more productive and organised. - Rating: 4 out of 5 stars4/5This is a really well-written book, and by that I mean loose language, non-pushy sell and reason. It's thinking loosely outside the box, in an intellectual way, putting facts behind words and personal experience as well. This is a real boon to workers and managers alike, who work using the internet.
