About this audiobook

The key to success in life and business is to become a master at Conversational Intelligence. It's not about how smart you are, but how open you are to learn new and effective powerful conversational rituals that prime the brain for trust, partnership, and mutual success. Conversational Intelligence translates the wealth of new insights coming out of neuroscience from across the globe, and brings the science down to earth so people can understand and apply it in their everyday lives. Author Judith Glaser presents a framework for knowing what kind of conversations trigger the lower, more primitive brain; and what activates higher-level intelligences such as trust, integrity, empathy, and good judgment. Conversational Intelligence makes complex scientific material simple to understand and apply through a wealth of easy to use tools, examples, conversational rituals, and practices for all levels of an organization. Gildan Media and Bibliomotion are proud to bring you another Bibliomotion Audiobook. Featuring exceptional content for today's listener, these notable audiobooks contain the essential tools that can be applied to every facet of your life.

Book was great but narration not so much, it sounded monotone and robotic.

As I was listening to this audiobook I found myself deciphering conversations with other people. I was able to identify what level of CIQ a person I was talking to was in and ultimately helped better myself in the way I communicate. I started to open up more to the people I didn’t feel trust for in the past, they in turn reciprocated. That helped bring me into a better understanding of them and aided my sense of empathy grow!
I especially love that the fundamentals of Conversational IQ were drilled into our heads by means of different focus groups.

I stopped listening halfway through. I'm not sure if it's the writing style or the monotonous sing sing voice that the narrator uses but I just can't put myself through more of this. Decent information, dry dry delivery

This book is wonderful and a life-changer. The narrator is clearly a robot and not a real person, but other than that it’s great.

Couldn’t get through more than 5 min of the audio book due to the narration. I suggestion getting a real person. Will try the book.
