About this audiobook
But she survived and now leads a faction of the Shadowspawn-the ancient, shape-shifting, blood-drinking breed who secretly control the world-that wants to leave just enough of the human race alive to satisfy their hunger and serve their needs. She has nothing but hatred and contempt for her brother, who remains on the side of humanity, fighting with the Brotherhood against the Shadowspawn.
To defeat him, she has suborned his mentor-the greatest warrior of the Brotherhood. The man thinks he's bringing a weapon to the Council of Shadows that will wipe out the Shadowspawn's leaders. In truth, his actions will make Adrienne demon goddess of the world...unless Adrian and Ellen can turn him back in time.

Reviews for Shadows of Falling Night
9 ratings1 review
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Aeons old conspiracies, shape shifters, sibling rivalries between twin necromancers, quantum level magiks and nuclear weapons – this book has everything. What makes it really special is the author’s unique ability to world build, to make places and people real. He can take a flea bitten village in the middle of nowhere in eastern Anatolia and bring it to life so you can almost taste the dust, then few pages later ultra upscale Paris as only the old moneyed class knows it. The depth of scene setting makes what would otherwise be a linear dungeon crawl come alive to the reader. The author even resurrects the Orient Express for a scene complete with a locked room murder and makes that work. Weaving plot elements on three continents the book races ahead to a conclusion that will leave you shocked until you go back and reflect on the prior clues you’ve been given. A wonderful tale that leaves you hoping this series just keep going.
