    This book answers a lot of questions I've had after reading other self improvement books. Like whether napping provides the same benefits as sleeping. And for how long! This book is Awesome. I've had insights on how to tweak the process I follow through out this book.

    Good advice, applying just a few of these the techniques or principles discussed in the book could radically change your life. Just a few topics include sleep, How we view stress and how the quality of focus and practice effects our development in a particular field or task.
