- Rating: 1 out of 5 stars1/5Good info and nice listening to the audio book, however Mehmet frequently refers readers to the accompanying PDF's for most of his recipes and the 21 day jump start. Since I cannot find a way to access these through SCRIBD and could not find them elsewhere most of the book ends up being an advertisement to buy the printed copy.
