Bullough is a writer for the Guardian, and his work has been published by British GQ, The New York Times, and the BBC. He lives in London.

Wealthy people are using shell companies and property to mitigate taxes and it is stripping the world of potential capital. Money is international, but laws are not. It all seems like an excuse to institute world governance. In their monical quest to accumulate wealth and direct it towards hard assets the wealthy cant get enough. They want the complete subjugation of the honest working man. People should stand together and demand transparency from plutocrats.
