Описание

Based on the life-changing lessons from the New York Times bestseller that has sold more than a million copies, a practical, hands-on guide that helps you do the work you need to change your life.

In Unfu*k Yourself, Gary John Bishop inspired people to put his words into action to help them transform their fu*king lives. While millions of fans have read and embraced the messages in the book , Bishop knows it can be hard to actually take the next step and do the necessary work. Written in his no nonsense, tough-love voice, Do the Work is the kick in the ass you need to get moving and create the life you want. By drilling down into the three categories of self, people, and purpose, he helps us identify and remedy the primary problems and challenges that frustrate and often cripple us.

Filled with new material, Do the Work expands the lessons in Unfu*k Yourself, giving us the tools to identify, explore, and understand our specific issues and root them out. As Bishop make clear, "this is a personal workshop for your brain, a legit resource where you can work your life out, what matters to you, whats going to make the biggest difference and empower you to act in ways that make some palpable change to the direction your life is currently taking."

So what are you waiting for?

More motivational trash talk than a book. Couldn't continue listening.

    Amazing Book, Must Read!

I highly recommend. I've read many self help books over the years, but this one is the one to read. It made me re-evaluate many aspects of my life, and I apply the knowledge that I've learned from this reading daily.

Great book read it hear it just get into it

I really like this book for it's bluntness and conciseness on the BS we all do and the steps he recommends on change that. This book is full of tools and ways to do more self-affirmations and self-assertiveness. I also enjoyed the section on "unfuck" your relationships and thought it was helpful in highlighting the root of issues with many and the linkages of childhood trauma to the way we may act, think, and react. A great read!

I don’t care how many self-help books you have read, you’ve read NOTHING like this! It’s short, but bluntly to the point, and provides more “ah ha!” moments to consider, that it frankly might make your head spin! It has more actionable, as well as motivation, inspirational, and thought-provoking content then most books twice it’s length. A MUST READ!

Motivating! A simple way to work you way to the life you always wanted. Read on.

This book is not for everybody. It’s blunt and to the point and It demands you get off your ass and do the work.

Of course, yet another eye opening and enlightening book from Gary John Bishop that has helped me unf*ck myself. I am very grateful for what this book has taught me, and I will continue to revisit these words so they never leave me. I can’t recommend enough.

It is too general, nothing new compared to the first book.
