About this audiobook

Compared to life on tour with her wannabe rock star mother, finishing high school in the dull town of Rye is a snooze. At least Roxy has her best friend, Zoë, a second chance with her dad, and her constant companion: music.

Jag Monroe is Roxy's total opposite: stinking rich, conceited, and hot in that obvious kind of way. When he breaks ranks and randomly friends her on Instagram, Roxy’s sure it's a joke.

Resolved to avoid trouble, she ignores his request and he ignores her in class that week, but he friends her again on Friday. Then, Zoë does the unthinkable: snatches Roxy's phone and accepts his request.

"Blades delivers a light, appealing story of unlikely romance and particular chemistry. Readers will easily relate to their contemporary predicaments and shared love of music." -Publisher's Weekly BookLife Prize Critical Review

Didn’t finish. Too many F words for me. It was too distracting.

Strong beginning but then loses itself in the middle and really can't recover itself in the end. The attempt of the female voice actor to sound male reminds more of how old people talk and sometimes its overall monotone and slow. Too bad, really wanted to like it

The narration of the guy done by the girl, made him sound like an old man and I felt the story wasn't about very much.
If like young/new love, you might like this, but it just wasn't what I was looking for.

    Jagger & Roxy

Roxy and Jagger bond over their shared love of music but their complicated pasts cause drama.

    High School Romance
    Sweet and Swoony

    So many great song references!!!
    I loved the alternative prospectives!

"Ended" (Book 2) ebook is available on Scribd but I couldn't find the audiobook.

The story was great! The song tie in to their story was AWESOME!!!! Some really great songs.

But when it was Roxy’s chapter and she would read as Jag or any other male voice.... I just did not like that. It was just bad.
