This was a really nice story and narrated really well. The narrator did a great job alternating between different characters. But it was Charlotte she did really well. I don't know what it was, whether it was the narrator's voice, but the book made me a little sad. And also made me think about new beginnings. Charlotte had a terrible tragedy strike her before she inherited Chapters, a B&B started by her great-aunt Isabella. And when she is hosting a mystery-themed retreat, a murder takes place. The novel was fun to read and I loved how Charlotte teamed up with her neighbor to solve the mystery. Just, listening to it made me feel very sad, I don't really know why. But the characters are likeable and I will definitely read more in this series in the future.
