      This follows Decker and Keira. Decker has had his eye on her since the first day he saw her fighting with her brother, his boss Torian.
      A few months later at the family restaurant, we were a target and I may be responsible for that hit. Decker risks his life, covers me and gets us out of there to a safe house. Along the way, secrets, betrayals and lies will be revealed.

      Enjoyed this second book in the series. I love how it’s the boss’s sister and the forced proximity in the safe house. The betrayal element I didn’t see coming and was shocked when I found out reveals from Keira’s and Decker’s past. Also, every nickname Decker gave Keira was so cute it was always something different. As I struggle with nicknames I appreciated this detail.

      The only thing is I wish there was a build of tension before it dived into their relationship. After the restaurant, he saw and cared for her pretty quickly.

      I really enjoyed this book however I do feel that it had a lot of unnecessary bits that made the book drag on…
