Winter Renshaw

Winter Renshaw is a #1 Amazon and Wall Street Journal bestselling author. When she’s not writing, she's thinking about writing, and when she's not thinking about writing, she’s living the American dream with her husband, three kids, the laziest puggle this side of the Mississippi, and a busy pug pup. A bona-fide daydream believer, she lives somewhere in the middle of the USA and can rarely be seen without her notebook and laptop.

Really enjoyed it. Frustrated with the gaps when trying to listen to the story, missed crucial parts, think its a fault with Scribd as it happens in lots of books, even when downloaded and not streaming, silence for 20 to 30 secs even so it says still playing. Missed bits of epilogue which was very frustrating. The gaps are in the same bit, even it you rewind it.

Too much back and forth in time. That part wasn't done well. The story itself is great and everything paid off. The narrators were terrible. I felt like I was listening to two older news anchors delivering the local news. Or two terrible soap opera actors. The storyline itself is the only reason it has any stars. Also, why do they insist on making people in their 50's sound like they're elderly? WTH

The book itself and the plot is really good but the FL continuously flipping from past to present was a bit annoying and probably explains why there is 60 chapters. Would have been 5 starts if not for that. But overall good listen.

This was good but the female narrator is so painfully annoying to listen to. The way she enunciates certain words and pretty much every other female character she narrates is unbearable and distracting to the story. John Lane was great as always. Other than that, great plot!
