About this audiobook
EMORY: Will Grayson has always been an animal, though. Reckless, wild, and someone who was never bound by a single rule other than to do exactly what he wanted. There was no way his grandfather was going risk him humiliating the family again.
Not that the last time was entirely his fault. He might've enjoyed backing me into corners in high school when no one was looking, so they wouldn't catch on that Mr. Popular actually wanted a piece of that quiet, little nerd he loved to torture so much, but . . . He could also be warm. And fierce in keeping me safe.
The truth is . . . He has a right to hate me. It's all my fault. And I regret nothing.
WILL: I never minded being locked up. I learned a long time ago that being treated like an animal gives you permission to act like one. Their only mistake is believing anything I do is an accident. I can sit in this house with no Internet, television, liquor, or girls, but I'll come out of here with something far more frightening to my enemies. A plan.
I just didn't expect one of my enemies to come to me. I can smell her hiding in the house. She's here. Blackchurch houses five prisoners. I'm only one of her problems.
Contains mature themes.

- Rating: 3 out of 5 stars3/5This took me a while to finish this book it’s so long. Also I feel this is my least favourite out of the whole series. Every other chapter there is always a twist or turn. I felt there were moments in this book where it wasn’t necessary to thrown in there. Something I have been struggling with is new characters and trying to remember if there relevant or not. This was a drag to get through but when you were intrigued with the plot it did draw you in. I would also like to point out the fact that when you meet the male MC in these books there always angry and cranky I want a new angle.
I think this is a good series just this book was tough.

Damn, that was a long book.
We finally got to see why Will has set the gazebo on fire. I was intrigued with his and Em's story since the very first book when the fire and beating of Martin was mentioned. This book satisfied my curiosity with this couple.
Here the story unveils slowly, but it doesn't drag. The drama is there, the angst as well, all mixed with some random groupish activities.
Will is the happy go lucky boy that presents all the smiles to those around him and stuffers in silence alone. Em is the girl with the abusive home life and seemingly no way to escape. They want to bring each other bliss and happiness, but ultimately are their own demise. Slowly, but surely they find their way back to each other all while establishing all the Devil's Night boys and girls position in the city.
It was a good read, but since it was so long, now I have a problem with recalling what it specifically was that made me enjoy it ? - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5Wow! Amazing, I love it, it was the perfect ending to this series!
- Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5What a wild ride I was hesitant to dive into this one because THICK but was SO worth it, I needed every word written in this book and I still want more!! I loved how in the flashbacks you got glinces of the rest of the guys.
The quiet one is always the best one, While Michael, Kai and Damon are very dominant (Alpha),
Will is more chill and the joy of the group.
He is EVERYTHING the perfect balance between good and bad.
Emory she's a very complex character her situation at home wasn't easy.
What I loved was how deep we went into her abuse, so you understand why she's the way she is.
Sometimes is easier to push people away so you are sure you won't get hurt. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5I love the story but I need PD to changed the narrator.
