About this audiobook

Basketball, a disaster roommate, reluctant fashion modeling, and an about-to-start accounting career; Jake has enough on his plate without a hostile photographer on his latest shoot. A hostile, hot photographer.

Jake may be trying to come to grips with his attraction, the depth of his feelings, and whether he's going to quit modeling for good. Leo, meanwhile, just knows he wants to come to grips with Jake, the gorgeous, if snarky, model on this gig.

Leo knows what he wants, and it's Jake in his bed, in his loft apartment, and in his photographs, and in his life forever. But will Jake's fear of commitment drive them apart before he realizes this is the one man who sees him inside and out?

The banter between the two main characters was just them calling each other assholes the entire book. It got old really quick. I thought it was going to be like an enemies to lovers type thing but turns out the name calling is their version of terms of endearment which I personally found annoying and repetitive. And it continues with the friends as well, I assume the author has that type of personality but when every character has the same personality it becomes boring and frustrating to read.

    Didn’t feel the chemistry either.

Fun and easy read. Very cute too. Wish it was longer though.

Great book! Could be a five star, it's really dangling off the edge there. I guess there was just a couple of things I'd like to be different for it to hit a firm bull's eye.

This reads like the fanfiction "You Make It Look Good" published under the Hockey RPF fandom by pseudonym Ferritin4 on AO3.

Holy shit, this was surprisingly good. The character development was excellent. Overall it was a very entertaining short story with hot AF sexy times. The narration was fabulous! I need more audiobooks like these!

Can’t say that I really liked this. Have no idea what they loved about each other apart from having somewhat compatible personalities (they were both rather curmudgeonly). One of my pet peeves was the author used the word “said” a lot. Just a preference but I find it starts sounding weird after nearly every sentence spoken by a character.

I did finish this, so at least that interesting. The spicy bits were pretty decent and the narrator did a good job.

I was at least a bit confused half the time and probably half the book was of them having sex. I mean the book was funny, but I prefer books with more plot and less fucking. It was okay though.

I actually like the book it was really good. Lots of sex scenes. But a lot of first person inner monologuing. That Tends to get boring to me after a while.
