About this audiobook

Studies indicate that 70% of Americans experience imposter syndrome at some point in their lives. It's a debilitating experience that can cause stress and anxiety in your career and in your personal life. But what if you had the tools to take action in spite of your imposter syndrome — to quiet your inner critic for good?

In this audio course, Quiet Your Inner Critic, ICF-certified life coach Becky Mollenkamp runs you through how to do just that. Mollenkamp explains how to discern "imposter thinking" from realistic thinking; how to personify your inner critic and treat them with compassion and respect; three questions to ask your inner critic to silence their anxieties; and much more. She also includes exercises so you can begin challenging your inner critic head-on.

If imposter syndrome is taking a toll on your mental health and career, look no further. Mollenkamp's methods will enable you to seize control of your life from your inner critic — and live the life you truly want.

The helpful part was the summary at the end. Listen to what your inner critic is saying, ask yourself what the truth is, and then determine what choice you are going to make.

I just want to know how many people would agree with me I'm when they say there's no negotiating with a 3 year old you can negotiate with a three-year-old you don't just give them what they want. I don't know if this author is a mother or not but you don't just give your child everything they want of course we want to but we don't because we know what's good for them
