In 1999, Stepp founded The TurnAround Group, now TurnAround Training Solutions, LLC, to help companies improve their profitability by focusing on their employees. He has developed training, coaching and mentoring programs in the areas of sales, leadership, culture, personal development and stress management. Clients have ranged from public-sector organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Dallas Housing Authority to industry leaders such as Cox Communications, Sam’s Club, Time Warner Cable and Robroy Industries.
An accomplished speaker, Stepp conducts seminars regularly for corporations and other organizations. He is the father of three and lives in Tyler Texas.
Suzi Streit is a trainer, coach and motivational speaker with TurnAround Solutions. She works with TurnAround Solutions CEO Stepp Stevens Sydnor to deliver dynamic leadership, communication and team-building programs to the business community. She also provides one-on-one training that ensures tools learned in training become life habits. Before joining TurnAround Solutions, Suzi worked for ten years as a certified instructor with the Dale Carnegie Program. Her skills in human dynamics have been the foundation of her work with TurnAround Solutions. She teaches a wide range of courses designed to improve leadership skills and enhance professional and personal interactions—from Crucial Conversations® by VitalSmarts™, for which she is a certified instructor, to DiSC Style Analysis™. Suzi has also developed several of TurnAround Solutions’ innovative, interactive training curriculums, from time management to coaching style management.
Suzi has a degree in business administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. She and her husband, Brad, are the parents of two sons.view less
