Her first step toward show business came as a Butlin Redcoat.
When she met and married her husband, they toured the world for next few years entertaining the troops all over the world until 1973 when she gave up the hectic life to have her son Ethan.
She went into retail and wholesale and when in 1991 communism fell she began exporting merchandise into the Balkan States and was delighted when her company reached 42 out of the top 100 North West companies.
Now, happily retired, she has finally found the time to write.
Her home is in rural Lancashire, which she shares with her husband Tony, her son Ethan, (also in show business) and their two dogs Jake and Doogy.
Since her Redcoat days she has used the name Rikki but has written this book under her given name M.W. Allenview less
