I remember as a young kid being asked what I wanted to do when I grew up and I said I want to write. I know it’s a cliché, but as an eldest child in a lower class family, writing was my escape through some of the darkest times in my life. I have lived in Kalamazoo, Michigan, most of my life. I am now engaged to a wonderful man who encourages me to follow my dream. So this is my try.view less
