A prolific writer, Striker once produced 156 Lone Ranger scripts in a single year, while simultaneously writing stories for The Green Hornet, submitting comic strips and working on novelizations of The Lone Ranger. Striker died in a 1962 car accident. He was working on a historical novel titled One More River, which was published posthumously.view less
