Use them for yourself or as a gift for your family or friends. The other projects use the same basic bag pattern, and by a few small changes you have a different project. You can sew a beautiful padded hanger, hat, chair cover, pillow cover and even soda can cozies. Soda can cozies made with many different brightly colored fabrics are perfect for a child's birthday party to identify each child's drinking glass, bottle or can of soda. The children keep their little cozy as a reminder of the party. They cost very little to make. You can personalize each gift by adding initials, names or words from fabric. Add a fabric flower or animal appliques instead of letters. Have fun thinking of more personalization!

Her first office job was to learn how to use the new computer system and then teach everyone else in the office how to use it. This lead to writing instructions for everything they used the computer for. Sharon was a good teacher and branched into teaching part time at a local community college.Sharon has always been interested in sewing. She makes lap quilts and donates them to charity. Combining her love of teaching, sewing and writing is the perfect way to express herself. She has written and posted many "how – to" articles on the internet from sewing to gardening (a passion) and computer crafts.She is married to the love of her life for almost 25 years. She has always said that it is a miracle that they ever got together because she did not like him when they met.
