INTRODUCTION
To be a lawyer, you must first finish law school and then pass the Bar exam. To be a doctor, you must first finish medical school and then pass your medical boards. To be a C.P.A. you must first finish accounting school and then pass the state’s C.P.A. exam.
To be a business person, all you have to do is put out a sign that says Open for Business:
there is no experience or education required. Too bad.
Your phone sex will be a business, just like General Electric or WalMart, but a lot smaller – and just like in those big corporations, good business practices must be followed, or you won’t be very profitable.
One of the purposes of this book is to try and give you some idea of the business principles involved. I haven’t gone into ‘phone-sex talking,’ because there are already plenty of books on that subject, and I’ll refer you to them in the Appendix of this book.
Please keep in mind that this book is not a how-to on establishing a large multi-line switchboard phone sex company: you can start one of those after you learn the ropes. Here, you will see how to get started small – like a ‘mom & pop home operation.’

Chapter 1
Get Online & Become a Credit Card Merchant
During this century if you’re not on the Internet you’re not in business. And you must be in business to operate the type of business that I am talking about in this book.
First of all, having an internet business is the easiest way to accept payment card payment, which will be your main means of income. Sure, there are other ways to collect from people – checks over the phone, PayPal, other types of debit companies, etc., etc., but credit cards are the best, quickest and safest ways to get your money deposited to a bank account… and you absolutely must do business with a credit-card processing company that will allow you to accept all four of the major credit cards out there (MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express/Optima).
It only takes a minute or two to Google Accept Credit Cards
and browse through a long list of companies that will set you up to accept payment by the cards. But – and it’s an important one – it would be best not to try and establish and account as a provider of adult services, like phone sex, so I would suggest that you follow the instructions in the chapter on selecting a business name, and use that .com to find a domain and get set up for business.
This is not meant in any way to suggest a misrepresentation to the credit card processing company, because my purpose in telling you about an ‘alternate’ type of business name and purpose is legitimate: you will be an internet merchandise of a real product, and that product will be sent to the client’s credit card billing address.
