    We will also be partaking of the delicious tastes and cuisine of Germany with the mouthwatering smells wafting out of the German kitchens. There is nothing finer in the world than the smell of German hams and sausages braising on the stove along with their sweet and sour combinations, such as sauerbraten.

    Next we will be on the shores of that romantic country of France. As the Eiffel Tower zooms into view, the wonderful aromas of the French kitchens will assail our taste buds. We will be cooking and tasting the delicious recipes that famous French cooks have prepared for many years. Can you smell the delicious aromas of the Bouillabaisse as it simmers on the stove? Perhaps the famous French Omelet or Beef Burgundy will wake up your palate. How would you like a ride down the famous river Loire, where we can get view of beautiful chateaux, as we lazily drift on the river?

    Our next stop will be the beautiful British Isles. We will visit all the historical sites in London and stand in awe as we see The Tower of London and The London Bridge where so much history of the English people took place. We might get lucky and get a glimpse of Queen Elizabeth II with her Royal family as we walk by the Buckingham Palace or we might see some famous people as we tour The Westminster Abbey.

      Our next European country that we will visit is that wonderful romantic country of France. We are going to visit that famous romantic city called Paris, that is the center of all the French people, take a ride on the river Loire, visit the amazing Eiffel Tower in Paris, see the beautiful Atlantic Coastline in Brittany, discover some beautiful chateaux or country houses of the Loire valley, have some famous wines in Champagne, and visit the factories of Flanders. We will learn all about the rule of Napoleon and how France got to be the Republic it is today.

      The delicious taste of France will come alive as we visit one of their famous cafes for scrumptious foods and fun. I remember I ordered coffee with cream at one of the famous Parisian cafes, and they brought me a cup of coffee with a huge dollop of whipped cream on the top. It was simply delicious. I drink my coffee with my meals but the French have their coffee at the end of their meals, so they probably thought it strange that I was ordering coffee at that time. They brought huge trays of food stacked up high to our table and our tummy and palates were very satisfied. The French cookbook will be full of French foods like Darnes de Saumon Grillees au Beurre d'Escargots, Poisson Farci a la Florentine, Bar Poche au Beurre Blanc, and many more delectable recipes

      As our tour of Europe leaves France and heads into The British Isles, let's have one more glass of Champagne as we say goodbye to France.

      We have now landed in London and how amazed we are at the buildings and old history of the city. We flew in on the British Airways and landed in the Heathrow Airport. We are met by a bus, courtesy of our tour, and scooted away to the center of London to our hotel. Everything I had
