INTRODUCTION
For over a century, the entire world has been enshrouded with many mental acquisitiveness, newfangled hypothesis, and unexplainable apologues, governing the things that actually transpires behind the walls of the White House, and behind the mind of the President of the United States of America.

And those influencing factors are derived from the simple lines of the many letters that are addressed to the President every single day, by the ordinary man and woman who had took the time off to walk over to the post office, so that their thoughts can be known.
In this book, I tells a chronological story that trails on an actual daily letter ritual that President Barack Obama practices each morning, and one that may seem nonsensical to the untrained mind, but which had given the President a conduit to the root of socio-economic knowledge that is understandably necessary to govern effectively.
As such, you are invited to review this ritual which entails my random selection of ten situations, and ten associated ritual letters that would certainly give you an unprecedented view of what truly drives the decision-making mindset of President Barack Obama.
CHAPTER 1
As an hour-long heavy downpour began to fade away into a light afternoon drizzle, the dampened parks and umbrella-covered commuters made the D.C area looked sparsely inhabited, and more like a city made up of the long line of cars that took to the roadways to beat the walking obstructions that the earlier downpour and scattered snow had created.
Even though it was already mid-January, and snow was highly expected, most of the city’s residents were seemingly treating the sometimes unstable weather patterns with scorn, and had ultimately welcome a five hour cessation of heavy snowfall, and the emergence of intermittent rains.
But as the day progressed, it felt rather cozier and quiet, as it was already darkened from the hovering rainclouds that had gathered over a large swathe of Washington D.C, which was beautified by small swathes of lingering snow that scattered itself across the city’s landscape.
With the entire weather pattern becoming more subsided, a disgruntled mature English man and his wife whose Ellipse Park visit was interrupted by the intermingling rainfall, emerged from their park shelter and continued their photo stare at the Washington Monument that pierced itself into the distant sky.
But as they savour the beauty of the monument, the old man subconsciously twisted his eyes over his right shoulder, and fell into admiration of the glowing look of the White House which stood elegantly in the distance from across the Ellipse.
In his sudden opinion, the White House in itself was the Mona Lisa of all D.C monuments, as it appeared more stunningly beautiful against the dark backdrop that was created by the rain clouds that engulfed its sky backdrop in the distance.
From his position, he could have seen the reflective flashing lights of siren vehicles heading towards the White House, and told his companion that he was sure that those lights are probably from the Presidents entourage or maybe some other dignitary that was visiting.
His much younger wife nodded her head with uncertainty and without much concern for his observations, as they held each others hands and cruised away from the area.
Three undercover secret service agents who were observing them, smiled at the younger woman’s disinterest in her older partner’s site seeing interests, and observed them as they cuddled each other away.
The three agents, who were a part of a national security grid to protect the President, then radioed in their usual all-clear security updates to their colleagues back at the White House, as they listen in to updates from other security agents nearby.
It was already 1:47pm when President’ Obama’s Limo and his vehicular entourage arrived at the southern entrance of the White House, with flashing siren lights that could have indeed be seen from afar.
As the four motorcycle outriders and two foreward security vehicles passed through the entry gate along with President Obama’s limo and the first of the last three SUVs in tow, the magnetic security shield was automatically reactivated, prompting an inadvertent zero movement of the last two SUV’s, for about five seconds.
This instinctively provoked the secret service agents in the two dark tinted SUVs to draw their weapons, while trying to make a split second evaluation of the reasons for the unanticipated gate security measure, even though it wasn’t necessarily an unusual feat.
But just as they were becoming suspicious, the magnetic field was again deactivated, thus allowing the two previously magnetically-disabled SUVs to promptly power on again and continue their entry, pass the outer gate security cube of the White House.
To the alarmed SUV agents, the White House entry security procedures had seemed more proactive than usual, as they tried to asses why the ten secret service agents that usually mans the southern gate had created an almost five second delay for their SUVs, even though it had formed the most later part of the President’s security detail.
They somehow felt insulted at the fractional delay, prompting agent Winster to shout at the gate chief through the winded-down window of his SUV as it hurried past the main post of the entry cube.
However, the gate agents were not amused, and didn’t bother to focus on Winster and his entourage’s disenchantment, since they felt that they were within their right to delay any suspicious vehicle that crawls to the gate of the White House.
And even though the vehicles had passed pre-entry scanning and security checks, and were also known to them, the gate chief scuffed at Winster’s reprehensive mood, since it was only a five second procedural delay.
So as the last two obstructed SUVs hurried into the southern driveway, agent Winster repeatedly voiced his discontentment to the other two agents about the perceived procedural lax by the gate chief, and only ceased his vociferous mood once his vehicle had pulled up behind the security Jeep that was immediately behind the President’s limo.
