    After working dozens of odd jobs while going to college, Mark Hudson joined the US Army serving finally with the famous 82nd airborne division in the now deactivated Bco 4/ 325. Upon exiting the military Hudson started a career in retail security and private investigations specializing in employee embezzlement and fraud. He has worked with many law enforcement agencies across several states including the FBI. Now residing in Arizona with his wife, he chases a lifelong dream of being a successful author.

      A feral cat finds a home.

      Our story.

      I must admit that I did not like Jimmy when I first met him. He was loud, unkempt, and he pee’d on everything. I just called him that cat. My wife famous for loving animals was concerned. She believed that he must be injured or at a minimum; hungry. So she began an effort to try to get him fed and watered.

      A little background; we live in a quiet Arizona neighborhood about 50 miles outside Phoenix, with many different forms of local wildlife. We regularly see coyotes, javelin and have also seen a mountain lion and bobcat. My wife loves our neighbor’s indoor/outdoor cat and often follows her
