About this ebook
Poetry is created when we are able to convey, through words, the intensity of feeling and depths of thought. The thought-provoking poetry of Fionna Wright has been compared to the likes of legendary Gwendolyn Brooks. In "Love Tells..." author Fionna Wright explores the countless regions of love and it's effects, both adverse and auspicious, as it relates to relationships with others and the relationship between our own mind, heart, and soul. This is a remarkable collection of poems in its own right that includes love notes, haunting recollections, and personal reflections.

For my precious daughter, Madison Inés, and precious niece, Zayah Rose:
No dream is ever too big to accomplish.
Always pursue your passions, the world is yours.
There is no greater agony than bearing an untold story inside you.
—Maya Angelou
Preface
I write because it’s how I function in life. Through writing I can observe, analyze, heal, love, share, grow and survive. My words are my escape, my journey and my destination.
Lyrical poetry is my favorite expression. I consider it a welcomed challenge to write meaningful, rhyming, and lyrical pieces. My concept is always: simple words, complex thoughts. These poems are easy to read, but pack deep and complex meanings within them.
I want to bleed letters and I want my scars to be my words.
–Fionna M. Wright
Acknowledgments
Every single person in our lives is a teacher. It’s up to us to accept the lessons we are meant to learn from them.
This is for the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful, because every experience and every person is a contribution to our life, our growth and our purpose… and that is beautiful.
